The mission we take to heart is to get the Jewish people healthy, fit and strong. We'd love to have you on our team but before we do let's make sure sure you have the minimum requirements to train with us. If you have any of the following, this isn't for you yet.
1. Injured/have pain (chronic or acute).
2. Heart problems.
3. Advice from your doctor not to exercise.
While our main program isn't right for you if you have any of the above, we can create a specialized program for you if you do. Contact us and we'll help you.
