The Workout Plans

Path 1: Soul Strength at Home 

  • Day 1: Chest, Triceps Legs

  • Day 2: Back, Biceps, Shoulders

  • Day 3: Full-Body HIIT

This program uses dumbbells or exercise bands and a pull up bar for maximum results. The HIIT workouts on day 3 are uniquely designed to build agility, explosive power, stability, balance, posture, mobility, and endurance—all critical for high performance as you age.
Bonus Day (Optional): Go for a jog or play a sport to further boost stamina and recovery.
Ideal for: Building muscle mass, toning up, and training with purpose from home.

Path 2: Soul HIIT at Home 

  • Day 1: Chest, Triceps Legs

  • Day 2: Back, Biceps, Shoulders

  • Day 3: Full-Body HIIT

This program uses minimal equipment - water bottles as weights, dumbbells or exercise bands. Perfect for men who want an all-in-one workout that builds strength, burns fat, and improves total body performance—fast.
Bonus Day (Optional): Cardio or sports activity to increase endurance.
Ideal for: Busy men who want to be fit, functional, and lean with efficient training.

Path 3: Soul Gym 

  • For those who love training in a gym atmosphere with machines and free weights.

  • Split training format with a cardio start and a 3 day workout split using gym equipment.
    Ideal for: Men who enjoy the gym and want a focused, structured training plan.

Each path delivers a 3-month program, with new training cycles released monthly to keep you motivated and progressing.

Soul Active for Boys (Ages 8-12) 

A special HIIT-based program designed to help boys build coordination, strength, and discipline—twice a week. Safe, fun, and empowering.
