WHAT TO DO
2 Alternating Days for 2 Weeks
DAY 1 – STRENGTH (150 Total Reps. Can be done in 1-4 sets)

50 Push-Ups (works: chest, triceps, shoulders)

50 Squats (works: quads and glutes)

50 Back Rows (works: lats, biceps, pos. delt) (Use dumbbells, a backpack, bands, or even water bottles)
DAY 2 – CARDIO (15 Minutes)
Any form you can do:
Jog outside, run in place, climb stairs, bike, jump rope, or swim.
AFTER EACH WORKOUT
Say a prayer for:

The safety and success of our soldiers

The protection of our civilians

The return of our hostages from Gaza

Freedom for the Iranian people living under a radical regime

I’m a fitness trainer in Israel, a sports nutritionist with 16 years of experience, and I’ve done exercise research in the IDF. I’ve seen what strength looks like—in the body, in the mind, and in the soul.
Right now, Israel is at war with Iran and this is not the time to let our health decline. It’s the time to rise up.
