1. Introduction

Welcome to Soul Active. By accessing and using this website and our app “Online Personal Trainer” (also known as Soul Active), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Age Restriction

Purchases on this website are permitted only for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you may purchase only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the purchase date. To request a cancellation, please contact us in writing at soulactivehealth@gmail.com or by phone at +972-52-749-9494.

If your request is received within 14 days and the service has not been fully used, a full refund will be issued.
If the service has been activated and more than 14 days have passed, no refund will be issued except under the Commitment Guarantee (see below).

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Commitment Guarantee

We are committed to your success. If you:

Complete all assigned workouts,
Log your nutrition daily in the food tracker,
Complete your daily food journal, and
Follow the program as designed for the agreed period —

…and you do not achieve measurable progress, we will refund your payment in full.

Important: This guarantee applies only if all program requirements are met. Failure to follow the workouts, nutrition plan, or tracking requirements voids eligibility for a refund.

5. Product Supply Policy

Digital products (including online programs and subscriptions) will be delivered via email or online account access within 48 hours of purchase.
Physical products will be shipped within 7 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Warranty and Product Responsibility

Our services and programs are provided as described on our website. While we provide professional guidance and support, results depend on individual effort, health status, and commitment. Therefore, we do not promise or guarantee specific outcomes.

If you encounter any technical issues or product defects, please notify us within 14 days for resolution.

Limitation of Liability:
Soul Active and/or its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service or product purchased from the site. The content provided does not constitute medical or professional advice and is for informational purposes only.

If you encounter any technical issues or product defects, please notify us within 14 days so we can resolve the matter.

7. Privacy

Your personal information will be used only for the purpose of completing your purchase, providing customer support, and fulfilling legal requirements. We will never sell or share your information with third parties, except as required to process your order or comply with the law.

8. Medical Consultation

It is strongly recommended that you consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. The exercises provided may carry inherent risks, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are physically capable of performing them safely.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
