1. Introduction
Welcome to Soul Active (soulactive.health). By purchasing a subscription or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Age Restriction
Purchases on this website are permitted only for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you may purchase only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cooling-Off Period (Israeli Consumer Protection Law): In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981), you may cancel your subscription within 14 calendar days of purchase by contacting us in writing at soulactivehealth@gmail.com or by phone at +972-52-749-9494.
If you cancel within 14 calendar days and have not accessed the service, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 14 calendar days but have already accessed the service (for example, watched videos or joined the WhatsApp community group), we reserve the right to deduct a proportional usage fee from your refund. After 14 calendar days, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
Ongoing Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. No refund is provided for any billing period already paid.
Founding 50 Plan (12-month commitment): The Founding 50 plan is billed monthly for a 12-month period. After the 14-day cooling-off period, cancellation will stop future monthly charges, but no refund will be provided for months already billed. The locked founding rate of 99 NIS/month applies only for the full 12-month commitment period.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 calendar days of approval.
5. No Results Guarantee
Soul Active provides professional coaching, structured programming, and community support. Fitness results depend entirely on the individual's effort, consistency, health status, and adherence to the program. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to weight loss, strength gains, or any other fitness or health results. By subscribing, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and that individual outcomes will vary.
6. Our Service

Our Service Soul Active provides a digital fitness subscription service, including pre-recorded workout videos accessed via our website, access to a private WhatsApp community group, a monthly leaderboard, nutritional guidance and educational content, and direct access to the coach. All content is delivered digitally. No physical products are included in any subscription.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Before beginning any exercise program, consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. Soul Active workouts carry inherent physical risk. By participating, you confirm that you are physically capable of performing the exercises and that you take full responsibility for your own safety. All workouts are pre-recorded video sessions — no live trainer is present during workouts. If at any time you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any discomfort, stop immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.
Limitation of Liability:
Adam Ezekie, Soul Active and/or its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service or product purchased from the site. The content provided does not constitute medical or professional advice and is for informational purposes only.
If you encounter any technical issues or product defects, please notify us within 14 days so we can resolve the matter.
8. Digital Service Delivery
Access to digital services will be granted within 48 hours of purchase. Access instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Access is personal and non-transferable.
9. Medical Consultation
It is strongly recommended that you consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. The exercises provided may carry inherent risks, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are physically capable of performing them safely.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely to provide our service, process payments, and fulfill legal obligations. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
