We offer three programs to choose from: Soul Strength, Soul HIIT, and Soul Gym. Soul Strength focuses on building muscle with a pull-up bar and dumbbells, with coach-style cues that make it feel like a trainer is right there helping you nail your form; Soul HIIT blends cardio and resistance about 50/50 and works with minimal gear (water bottles, a band, or ideally dumbbells); Soul Gym is perfect if you prefer training in a full gym setting.

Soul Strength

  • Builds muscle, tones, burns fat, and boosts performance as you age

  • Train 3 days/week with 20–25 minute sessions

  • Equipment: dumbbells, exercise bands, pull-up bar

  • Video-guided moves with coaching cues to keep form sharp

  • Designed for small home spaces; easy setup and teardown

 

Weekly Split (At Home)

  • Day 1: Chest · Triceps · Legs

  • Day 2: Back · Biceps · Shoulders

  • Day 3: Full-Body HIIT

 

Why The HIIT Day?

  • Builds agility, explosive power, stability, balance, posture, mobility, and endurance—all crucial for high performance as you age

 

Bonus (Optional)

  • Active Day 4: Go for a jog or play a sport to boost stamina and recovery

 

Program Length

  • A 3-month program with new training cycles each month to keep you motivated and progressing

 

Ideal For

  • Anyone who wants to build muscle mass, tone up, and train with purpose from home. Willing to invest some money into equipment.

  • Follow-along coaching: clear cues and high energy so it feels like a coach is right there

Soul Gym

  • Strength and muscle building with free weights + machines

  • 3 days/week: 2 strength days + 1 HIIT day

  • 45-minute strength sessions; 20-minute HIIT session

  • Built for men who thrive in a gym and want a focused, structured plan

  • Brief cardio start each session to warm up and build your engine

  • Progressive overload, clear cues, and machine options for joint-friendly training

 

Weekly Split (At Home)

  • Day 1: Chest · Triceps · Legs — Strength + cardio start

  • Day 2: Back · Biceps · Shoulders — Strength + cardio start

  • Day 3: Full-Body HIIT — gym-based intervals + cardio start

 

What You'll Build
